What is Jobaholic?
Jobaholic is an AI-powered job application platform that auto-fills job application forms across many major applicant tracking systems plus a universal autofill engine, and writes per-job cover letters and résumés. You review and click Submit. Plans start at $29/month; Pro is $59/month, and a free ATS resume scan lets you test the fit first.
How does auto-fill work?
You install the Chrome extension, paste your résumé once, and open any supported job posting. Click the Jobaholic button. The form fills in 8-25 seconds, the AI drafts a cover letter, you review, and you click Submit. Jobaholic never clicks Submit on your behalf.
Which ATS does Jobaholic support?
Greenhouse, Lever, Workday, Ashby, ADP MyJobs, iCIMS, JazzHR, Jobvite, Phenom, SmartRecruiters, and Pinpoint. Coverage expands roughly monthly. The full per-ATS guides are linked from /auto-apply.
Is auto-filling job applications allowed by job platforms?
Auto-FILLING is universally allowed; auto-SUBMITTING is what platforms restrict. Jobaholic auto-fills in your own browser session and lets you click Submit. The action sequence is identical to a human typing into the form.
How much does Jobaholic cost?
Job Seeker: $29/month, up to 30 AI form-fills/month. Pro: $59/month, up to 70 AI form-fills/month. Power: $99/month, up to 120 AI form-fills/month. A free ATS resume scan lets you test the fit before you pick a plan.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel in one click from Settings → Billing. Pro access continues through the end of the billing period.
Does Jobaholic support languages other than English?
Yes, full UI in English and native Mexican Spanish. The AI cover letter and résumé generations adapt to either language.
How does the AI cover letter work?
The AI uses (a) your résumé bullets, (b) the job description, and (c) the company name as inputs and outputs a 180-220 word cover letter in under 60 seconds. Editable in-line before submission.
Does Jobaholic touch my LinkedIn account?
No. Jobaholic does not automate LinkedIn Easy Apply (automating LinkedIn risks your account, so we deliberately avoid it). It auto-fills applications on the company ATS instead, and you click Submit, so there is nothing on LinkedIn for its anti-spam to flag.
Can I auto-apply on a Mac / Windows / Linux?
Yes on any OS that runs Chrome, Brave, or Edge. Safari is not currently supported (no Chrome Web Store extension). Firefox extension is on the roadmap.
What about mobile?
Auto-apply requires desktop, the Chrome extension does not run on iOS or Android Chrome. The Jobaholic web app on mobile is read-only: review your tracker, edit your profile, no submissions.
How does the tracker work?
Every application Jobaholic helps you submit is logged automatically to your tracker. You can manually add applications you submitted outside of Jobaholic. Stages: Saved → Applied → Interview → Offer → Hired (or Rejected). Salary, equity, days-to-hire are captured at the Hired stage.
Does Jobaholic store my résumé?
Yes, encrypted at rest, on US-region servers. You can delete it from Settings → Privacy at any time. We do not share résumé content with third parties or use it to train models.
What happens to my résumé if I cancel?
Cancelling Pro keeps your account and résumé. Deleting your account (Settings → Privacy → Delete account) erases your résumé, profile, tracker, and outreach history within 30 days per CCPA.
Is Jobaholic GDPR / CCPA compliant?
Yes. Full privacy policy at /legal/privacy. Data subject access requests (DSARs) processed within 30 days.
How is Jobaholic different from Teal HQ?
Jobaholic auto-fills application forms across many ATS; Teal HQ does not. Teal's strength is the application tracker and résumé-builder UX; Jobaholic's is the auto-fill across many ATS. Many users use Teal for tracking and Jobaholic for filling applications.
How is Jobaholic different from LazyApply?
Jobaholic covers many ATS; LazyApply covers LinkedIn and Indeed only. Jobaholic generates per-job AI cover letters; LazyApply does not.
How is Jobaholic different from Simplify?
Jobaholic covers many ATS; Simplify's auto-fill primarily targets LinkedIn. Both generate AI cover letters and tailor résumés. Simplify is older and more polished on its narrower surface; Jobaholic is broader.
Can I use Jobaholic for non-US jobs?
Yes, the auto-fill works on any job posting on a supported ATS regardless of country. The AI cover letter generates in the language of the posting. Visa / authorization questions still require manual answers.
Does Jobaholic apply to remote jobs?
Yes. Remote postings on Greenhouse, Lever, Workday, Ashby, ADP, LinkedIn, Indeed, and Rippling are fully supported. The job search filter for remote / hybrid / on-site narrows your queue before auto-apply.
What is Jobaholic's response-rate data?
Across Jobaholic Pro users in Q1 2026 (anonymized), the median response rate per application was 6.8% (recruiter contact within 14 days), with a top-decile rate of 14.2%. Variance is driven primarily by résumé quality and job-fit, not auto-fill itself.
Can I auto-apply to multiple companies at once?
You apply to one job at a time. Auto-fill speeds each application from 8-15 minutes to under 90 seconds, which is how high-volume application becomes practical.
Does Jobaholic write recruiter outreach messages?
Yes, Outreach Drafts (Pro feature) generates per-recruiter LinkedIn or email outreach using the recruiter's profile and your résumé. Standard cap: 50 drafts per day.
How can I make sure my résumé passes Workday's parser?
Single-column PDF or .docx, reverse-chronological, standard section labels (Work Experience, Education, Skills), ISO date format. Jobaholic's résumé optimizer flags layout issues before you upload.
Where can I see what Jobaholic's extension is doing?
The extension panel shows every action it takes on a form (field by field). The tracker logs every submission. Settings → Audit Log shows every API call. Nothing happens invisibly.
